ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute organized the 39th Singapore Lecture, delivered by His Excellency Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands at Raffles City Convention Centre on Thursday, 24 November 2016. The Lecture, chaired by DPM Tharman Shanmugaratnam, was titled “The Netherlands, Singapore, our Regions, our World: Connecting our Common Future”.
