HE Saleumxay KOMMASITH, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR delivered the 24th ASEAN Lecture – The Lao People’s Democratic Republic’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2024 at ISEAS – Yusof Institute on 7 December 2023. Close to 240 participants, including diplomats, academics, students, corporate and private individuals attended the event, in-person and online.
