The United Arab Emirates’ Ambassador to Singapore, Dr Mohammed Omar Abdulla Balfaqeeh came to visit ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute.
On 10 July 2017, the United Arab Emirates’ Ambassador to Singapore, Dr Mohammed Omar Abdulla Balfaqeeh visited ISEAS _ Yusof Ishak Institute to learn more about ISEAS and to discuss possible ways to enhance and strengthen cooperation between the UAE and ISEAS.

The participants also discussed tensions in the South China Sea, the potential of China’s One Belt, One Road initiative, and India’s strategic concerns.
