The 39th Singapore Lecture was delivered by His Excellency Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands on Thursday, 24 November 2016 at the Raffles City Convention Centre. It was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister, and Coordinating Minister for Economics and Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, and titled “The Netherlands, Singapore, our Regions, our World: Connecting our Common Future”.
