The Singapore Lecture is one of the intellectual highlights of Singapore. It provides an opportunity for distinguished global statesmen and leaders to reach a wider audience in Singapore and speak on topics of international and regional interest. For this special 44th Singapore Lecture, we are honoured to have His Excellency Li Keqiang to deliver the Singapore Lecture covering Singapore-China relations and regional developments.
