Researcher’s Profile

Phan Xuan Dung is a Research Officer of the Vietnam Studies Programme at ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute and a former Young Leader at the Hawaii-based Pacific Forum. He received his MSc in Asian Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) and BA in International Relations from Tokyo International University. From 2022 to 2023, he was commissioned by the United States Institute of Peace to produce a comprehensive report on Vietnamese Agent Orange victims in Vietnam.
