The REGIONAL OUTLOOK FORUM (ROF) is the flagship event of the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute held at the beginning of each year.

This one-day conference highlights and analyses global and regional political and economic trends that stakeholders in business and government should anticipate over the near and medium term. Speakers include distinguished scholars, businesspersons, and public intellectuals with strong international reputations. In addition to presentations from subject experts, the ROF features lively and in-depth question and answer sessions.

ROF2024, the 27th edition of ROF, is themed “Trust and Power in Pivotal Times”. The forum will explore the global political and economic challenges that arise from the heightened rivalry between the major powers and examine domestic situation in Southeast Asian countries.

• Tickets for ROF2024 are available for purchase until 3 January 2024 or when sold out, whichever is earlier.
• Early Bird promotion will end on 19 November 2023. Purchase early to save.
• For Students and Singapore Government Officers, please note that after you have registered for the event via the Mobile App, the ISEAS team will get in touch with you for verification purposes and to provide further details on the payment to complete your registration. • Scan QR code with Android device.  
• User’s ISEAS mobile app will be launched.  

• If you have an older version of the ISEAS mobile app, you will be prompted to update your app in the Google Play Store.   
• Open the app after the update to sign up for Regional Outlook Forum 2024.   

For Apple iOS users without ISEAS mobile app:  

• Scan QR code with Apple iOS device.  

• On some iOS devices, the following dialogue page may open in your device browser: 
   
  Click on “Open” to proceed.   
• User will be directed to Apple Appstore, “ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute” app page.  
• Download and install the app.   
• Open the app after installation to register your new account and sign up for Regional Outlook Forum 2024.   

 For Apple iOS users with ISEAS mobile app and ISEAS app account:  

• Scan QR code with Apple iOS device.  
• On some iOS devices, the following dialogue may be displayed after QR code is scanned: 
   
  Click on “Always Allow” to proceed.   

• User’s ISEAS mobile app will be launched.  

• If you have an older version of the ISEAS mobile app, you will be prompted to update your app in App Store.

Please note that each virtual registration is good for only one login at any one time during the event.

ROF2024 is a one-full-day event which will take place in-person at Cassia Ballroom, Level 3, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore or virtually via zoom platform on 10 January 2024 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Singapore Time.
