ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute's Journal of Southeast Asian Economies (JSEAE), a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal focusing on economic issues in Southeast Asia, has been accepted for inclusion in the SCOPUS index, right on the back of its recent admission into the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)!
Scopus allows researchers to perform citation searches to see how many times a work has been cited, by whom, and to rank searches by times cited, from 1996 to the present. Scopus also offers tools to track, analyze, and visualize research, as well as a capability to cross search more than 25 million patents.
Being indexed in Scopus is a major attainment for journals worldwide and achieving this success brings with it an assurance of the quality of the journal to other members of the scientific community.
ISEAS's other two journals, Contemporary Southeast Asia and Sojourn are both also indexed in SCOPUS too.
