Excerpta Indonesica - KITLV/Royal Netherlands Institute of Southeast Asian and  Caribbean Studies, Leiden , The Netherlands .
A free index maintained on the website of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies. It provides a searchable database of references to articles and books in the humanities and social sciences which focus on Indonesian politics and society. They include discussion of empire, history, culture, anthropology. Most materials have been published since 2000. The majority are English language, although there is also some coverage of Dutch language. This catalogue contains [over 11,000] abstracts in English of
periodical articles and chapters in books on Indonesia in the fields of the social sciences and humanities published in the period 1968-2008. Titles may be downloaded to your e-mail address using the option 'Save info.'"

Database on Malay World studies. It has about 400,000 digital entries, consisting of single-text articles, photo images, video clips and audio recordings.  ACCESS IS FREE.

Masterlist of Southeast Asia Microfims 
The Masterlist of Southeast Asia Microfilm Project, initiated by the Southeast Asia Consortium on Access and Preservation (SEACAP) is the online catalogue of microform collection in the region.  Hosted by ISEAS, the database now has over 15,000 records from 37 institutions.

Memory of the Netherlands

Thai thesis database
Provides bibliographic information and abstracts in Thai and in English. In 1998, three institutions will contribute their lists of theses for incorporation with the Thai theses database: Sukhothai Thammatirat Open University, NIDA and Maejo University.

UK Data Archive (UKDA)
The UK Data Archive (UKDA) is a centre of expertise in data acquisition, preservation, dissemination and promotion and is curator of the largest collection of digital data in the social sciences and humanities in the UK.. Founded in 1967, it now houses several thousand datasets of interest to a wide range of researchers and provides resource discovery and support for secondary use of quantitative and qualitative data in research, learning and teaching.
