About Public Affairs Unit (PAU)

PAU promotes ISEAS profile locally and internationally. It liaises with the media; organizes briefings for visiting diplomats, government officials and special guests; publicizes and promotes events; establishes and nurtures networks, and spearheads ISEAS support activities.

PAU also liaises with schools, colleges and universities (both in Singapore and internationally), various Ministries, other research institutions and the diplomatic corps. It coordinates public outreach – participating in various socially responsible projects of ISEAS.

PAU also coordinates and publicizes forums, lectures and events that do not fall directly under other research programmes and clusters.
