ISEAS Long Service Award

ISEAS longest-serving staff Mr Mohamed Kassim Ishak joined the Library in 1967 when he was a mere 17 years old, exactly one year before the Institute's establishment was gazetted by an Act of Parliament in 1968.Picture shows Kassim receiving the 40th year long service award from ISEAS Director Ambassador K.
