Copyright Regulation
The Document Delivery service is governed
by Sect. 45 of the Singapore Copyright Act, Cap. 63. This
requires the Library to obtain a signed copyright declaration
from the requester before obtaining a photocopy of the requested
material. The copyright declaration has been incorporated
in the document delivery request form
and
must be completed by the requester.

Prepayment procedures
For overseas requests, payment should be in the form of bank draft drawn in Singapore currency made payable to "Institute of Southeast Asian Studies".
