ISEAS
Library is organized functionally, and authority is delegated
to professional staff designated accordingly. However,
because of the small size of the library staff,
everyone assumes multiple responsibilities and participates in collection development.
The ten support staff have extensive experience. They provide
critical support in all areas of the Library's operations
and services and are involved in housekeeping
and technical support such as operating the Preservation Control
System.
