ISEAS Library is open to in-house and affiliated researchers, as well as anyone interested to carry out research on the Southeast Asian region.

Non-ISEAS researchers should apply on official email or letterhead for access. 

Postgraduate and undergraduate honours year students should provide recommendations from their supervisors on official email or letterhead with details of their project or study. 

Officials of Singapore government and statutory bodies, and academic staff of institutions may request access through their respective libraries or administrative units. 

Distance learning students in Singapore may apply for access through their respective supervisors. Former ISEAS staff are eligible for ISEAS Alumni Library Readership.  

Corporations located in Singapore are also eligible for access.
