Singapore Lectures

The Singapore Lecture, inaugurated in 1980, is designed to provide an opportunity for distinguished statesmen and leaders of thought and knowledge to reach a wider audience in Singapore.  The presence of such eminent personalities allows Singaporeans especially younger executives and decision-makers in both the public and private sectors, the benefit of exposure to leading world figures who address topics of international and regional concern and interest.

Asia and Pacific Lecture
 

ISEAS launched the Asia and Pacific Lecture Series in Singapore in May 1997. The aim is to provide both the Singapore private and public sectors the opportunity to hear eminent scholars, professionals, businessmen, policy makers and political leaders speak on global and regional political, economic, financial, business and social trends, issues and challenges. The launching of this lecture series is part of the ISEAS' continuing effort to contribute to the intellectual life of Singapore.
