ISEAS Library is open to in-house and affiliated researchers, as well as anyone interested to carry out research on the Southeast Asian region.

The ISEAS Library has revised its access policy for NUS, NTU and SMU staff and students. Effective 2nd January 2013, students from NUS FASS/USP, NTU and SMU no longer need to produce a letter of introduction from their supervising authorities to access the ISEAS Library. The individual’s matriculation/staff card should instead be presented to the ISEAS Library Counter for registration purposes.

Corporations located in Singapore are also eligible for access.

Reference and reading facilities are available to staff of corporations wishing to keep abreast of economics, political and sociocultural developments in Southeast Asia.
All corporations located in Singapore are eligible to apply for library access. The charges are :

1. One Time Access
Per day S$50.00
Per week S$150.00
Per month S$300.00

2. Annual Access

Corporations may nominate up to three staff members at the following annual rates:

First Year S$500.00
S$350.00 second nominee
S$250.00 third nominee
Subsequent Renewal S$350.00 first nominee
S$250.00 second nominee
S$200.00 third nominee
